A Note From Emily...

My name is Emily, and I feel everything a little too deeply and write it all down anyway.

My brain is basically a library of iconic pop culture references and red carpet archives. I love the way a specific cultural moment can influence the clothes we wear, the makeup we try, and the way we express ourselves. If it’s trending, I’m probably already writing a deep dive about it.

Outside of writing, I’m drawn to beauty in everyday things: colorful clothes, textured pieces, and outfits that feel lively and expressive. I’ve always believed that the right pair of shoes or the perfect bag can make an outfit (and maybe even a whole day.​​)

I studied writing, marketing, and film, and I’ve always been drawn to storytelling in all its forms. I love experimenting with makeup and skincare, trying new products, and finding small rituals that make getting ready feel fun.
